TimeLift 서비스 이용약관

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 TimeLift(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 자기관리 앱 서비스의 이용 조건 및 절차, 이용자와 회사의 권리·의무·책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (서비스 정의)

TimeLift는 사용자의 시간 관리 및 자기 계발을 돕기 위해 다음 기능을 제공합니다:

• 일일 플래너 및 시간 블로킹 시스템
• 갓생 투두(할 일) 관리 및 월간 달력
• 브레인덤프 및 만다라트 목표 설정
• 뽀모도로 타이머 및 집중 기록
• 독서 기록 및 자기계발 라이브러리
• 갓생 커뮤니티 (인증 게시판, 성장 모임 채팅)
• Google 캘린더 연동 및 기상/취침 알림
• AI 기반 루틴 추천 및 인사이트

제3조 (이용자 자격 및 계정)

• 만 14세 이상이면 누구나 이용할 수 있습니다.
• Google 또는 Apple 계정을 통해 로그인합니다. 별도 비밀번호는 TimeLift에 저장되지 않습니다.
• 하나의 이용자는 하나의 계정만 사용하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다.
• 소셜 계정의 관리 책임은 이용자 본인에게 있습니다.

제4조 (서비스 이용 규칙)

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다:

• 타인을 사칭하거나 허위 정보를 등록하는 행위
• 다른 이용자를 비방·모욕하거나 혐오 표현을 게시하는 행위
• 불법 콘텐츠(저작권 침해물, 음란물, 도박 등) 게시 행위
• 포교·영업·광고·스팸 등 서비스 목적에 반하는 활동
• 서비스 운영을 방해하거나 서버에 과부하를 야기하는 행위
• 타인의 개인정보 침해 또는 계정 무단 접근 시도

제5조 (커뮤니티 콘텐츠)

• 이용자가 게시한 글·사진 등의 저작권은 이용자에게 귀속됩니다.
• 단, 서비스 운영 및 비영리 홍보 목적으로 회사가 활용할 수 있으며, 이용자는 이에 동의합니다.
• 이용약관 위반 콘텐츠는 사전 통보 없이 삭제될 수 있습니다.
• 커뮤니티 게시물은 다른 이용자에게 공개됩니다. 민감한 개인 정보를 게시하지 마세요.

제6조 (유료 서비스 및 결제)

향후 유료 기능 도입 시 적용 규정:

• 결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play를 통해 처리됩니다.
• 구독 서비스는 취소하지 않는 한 자동 갱신됩니다.
• 환불은 각 스토어의 환불 정책에 따릅니다.
• Apple 구독 취소: 기기 설정 → [본인 이름] → 구독 → TimeLift
• Google 구독 취소: Google Play 스토어 → 구독 관리

제7조 (개인정보 보호)

이용자의 개인정보는 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다. 회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 광고 목적으로 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다.

제8조 (계정 삭제 및 탈퇴)

• 탈퇴 즉시 Firebase에 저장된 개인 데이터가 삭제됩니다.
• 공개 커뮤니티 게시물 삭제는 이메일로 요청 가능합니다.
• 탈퇴 후 동일 계정 재가입은 가능하나 기존 데이터는 복구되지 않습니다.

제9조 (서비스 변경 및 중단)

• 회사는 서비스 내용을 변경하거나 종료할 수 있습니다.
• 중요한 변경 사항은 앱 내 공지 또는 이메일로 7일 이상 사전 안내합니다.
• 천재지변·시스템 장애 등 불가항력으로 인한 서비스 중단에 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제10조 (책임의 한계)

• 서비스는 "있는 그대로(as-is)" 제공됩니다.
• 이용자의 귀책사유로 인한 데이터 손실에 대해 회사는 책임지지 않습니다.
• 회사의 손해배상 한도는 관련 법령이 정하는 범위를 초과하지 않습니다.

제11조 (분쟁 해결 및 준거법)

• 본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석됩니다.
• 서비스 이용 관련 분쟁은 회사 소재지 관할 법원을 제1심 관할로 합니다.
• 분쟁 발생 시 우선 이메일로 협의를 시도합니다.

제12조 (약관의 변경)

• 약관 변경 시 변경 7일 전 앱 내 공지합니다.
• 변경 약관에 동의하지 않으면 서비스 탈퇴 후 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다.
• 변경 후 계속 이용하면 변경 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

TimeLift Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms govern your use of the TimeLift app ("Service") provided by TimeLift ("we" or "company") and define the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both parties.

2. Service Description

TimeLift helps you manage your time and develop yourself through:

• Daily planner and time-blocking system
• Todo management and monthly calendar
• Brain dump and Mandala chart goal setting
• Pomodoro timer and focus tracking
• Reading tracker and self-development library
• Community board and growth club chat
• Google Calendar sync and wake/sleep reminders
• AI-powered routine recommendations

3. Account Eligibility

• You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service.
• You sign in via Google or Apple. We do not store passwords.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your social account.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Post defamatory, hateful, or harassing content
• Share illegal content (copyright infringement, obscenity, gambling, etc.)
• Conduct solicitation, advertising, or spam activities
• Disrupt service operations or cause server overload
• Access other users' accounts without authorization

5. Community Content

• You retain copyright ownership of content you post.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content for service operation.
• Content that violates these Terms may be removed without prior notice.
• Community posts are public — do not share sensitive personal information.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

When paid features are introduced:

• Payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
• Refunds are handled per each platform's refund policy.
• Cancel Apple subscription: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → TimeLift
• Cancel Google subscription: Google Play → Subscriptions

7. Privacy

Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or third parties.

8. Account Deletion

• Upon deletion, all personal data is immediately removed from Firebase.
• To delete public community posts, email TrillionScale@gmail.com.
• Data cannot be recovered after deletion.

9. Service Changes and Termination

• We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
• Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice at least 7 days in advance.
• We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for data loss resulting from your actions.
• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
• Disputes will be resolved in the court of jurisdiction at our registered location.
• We will attempt to resolve disputes via email before legal action.

12. Changes to Terms

• We will notify you of changes at least 7 days before they take effect via in-app notice.
• Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
